Eligible Individuals – Modified Adjusted Gross Income (Modified Adjusted Gross Income) Programs A. Children under age nineteen (19), pregnant women of any age and parents or needy caretakers, within the specified degree of relationship, are eligible individuals for the Modified Adjusted Gross Income programs if they apply and meet program requirements. B. For adult coverage: 1. Parents must live together; have a biological, adopted or stepchild; apply; and meet all of the basic program requirements. 2. A needy caretaker must be the primary caretaker of a child under age eighteen (18). The caretaker’s spouse must live with the needy caretaker to gain coverage.
