Local prison/mental health authorities, including electronic file exchanges, 3. Court documents, 4. Court clerk for court that sentenced the individual, 5. A representative of the prosecutor’s or State’s Attorney’s office, or 6. Discharge arrangements and agreements between the individual and the penal/judicial authority.
