Choctaw Tribal Bonus.
A. The Choctaw Tribal Bonus is issued as the result of gaming revenues which are distributed to
individuals on a per capita basis.
B. For Medicaid eligibility purposes, the bonus is a recurring lump sum payment and is counted
as income in the month of receipt.
