Research Enclave

Secure Research Enclave. The SLDS Governing Board is authorized to establish secure research enclaves to support internal and external research, evaluation, and policy analysis, as approved by the Board. The enclave shall provide access to de-identified, record-linked data within a monitored and secure environment. The MADGC and SRAC shall advise on enclave procedures for specific research projects, content, and scope, ensuring alignment with SLDS Governing Board priorities, data governance policies, and user needs. Access to and use of the enclave shall be granted only in accordance with Board-approved procedures.
