All Other Matters Not Defined Any matter involving a provider requiring an administrative hearing or an appeal not otherwise defined within these rules will be allowed as outlined in this chapter. If specific time frames of the matter relating to the requesting, granting, and concluding of the hearing are contrary to the time frames as set out in the general administrative procedures above, those specific time frames will govern over the time frames set out in this chapter.
