APPROVAL OF MEDICAL STAFF, ORGANIZATION, BY-LAWS, AND REGULATIONS: The Board of Mental Health will provide mechanism for the formal approval of the organization, bylaws, rules, and regulations of the Medical Staff of a Department of Mental Health hospital or intellectual and developmental disabilities program.
