NAME AND OFFICE:
A.
Name. The name of this Board is the State Board of Mental Health, created to direct
the operations and functions of the State Department of Mental Health.
B.
Office. The principal office of the Board shall be in Jackson, Mississippi. The Board
may also have offices at such other places as the Board may from time to time appoint
or the purpose of the Board may require.
