BOARD NOTICE OF RATE CHANGES: At the next Board of Mental Health meeting following such a rate change, the director of the program shall present a report to the Board of Mental Health listing all private pay rates and indicating, for those rates that have changed since the last presentation, the old rate and the new rate.
