Compliance

Compliance All DMH-certified agency providers, regardless of type, must follow the rules outlined in this chapter. Compliance with the rules in this section will be reviewed by DMH Fiscal Auditors. All source documents related to budgets and financial systems shall be provided to DMH upon request. Any reasonable requests for ad hoc reports shall also be provided to DMH upon request.
