County Veterans Service Officer Training and Certification

County Veterans Service Officer Training and Certification. MSVA shall provide training
and certification of County Veteran Service Officers in accordance with MS Code of 1972,
annotated, Section 35-3-21. In addition, County Service Officers undergoing initial certification
will be required to receive training once a year.
