Scope of Declaratory Opinions
Cite as 25 Miss. Admin. Code Pt. 201, R. 3.2
Scope of Declaratory Opinions. The Veterans’ Home Purchase Board will issue
declaratory opinions regarding the applicability to specified facts of:
A. a statute administered or enforceable by the Veterans’ Home Purchase Board,
B. a rule promulgated by the Veterans’ Home Purchase Board, or
C. an order issued by the Veterans’ Home Purchase Board.
