Waiver and Postponement

Waiver and Postponement. Management recognizes that in some cases, it is appropriate to waive or postpone the assessment of a late charge to promote fairness and compassion to a veteran when unusual circumstances cause a delay in payment. Management has delegated this task to certain agency employees after obtaining approval for the waiver of postponement from the Servicing Department Supervisor or the Executive Director.
