VA Guaranteed Loans

VA Guaranteed Loans. It is the policy of the Veteran’s Home Purchase Board to follow the Department of Veterans Affairs’ rules and regulations regarding appraisal assignment for VA guaranteed loans. The Department of Veterans Affairs assigns an appraiser and case number to each loan application from a pre-defined VA approved list for each county throughout Mississippi.
