PETITIONS OR REQUESTS FOR HEARING

PETITIONS OR REQUESTS FOR HEARING. Petitions or requests for hearing shall be written and may be in the form of a letter, shall be brief and concise, shall state in general terms the matter upon which action of the Board is desired, the interest of the applicant or person making the request, the relief sought, and the reasons therefor. An original and one copy of the request or petition shall be filed but failure to file a copy shall not be grounds to reject the request or petition. Any such petition or request for hearing shall be accompanied by a filing fee in the amount of $100.00. The filing fee must be paid prior to the assignment of a docket number and therefore prior to placement on the Board’s docket. Said filing fee is nonrefundable. Payment of the filing fee can be made in any form currently allowed by the Board’s regulations concerning the cost of research and copying of Board records.
