WELL HEAD CONNECTIONS. Well head connections of flowing wells shall have a test pressure at least equivalent to 125% of the calculated pressure in the reservoir from which production is expected. Each flowing oil well shall be equipped with and be produced through tubing not larger than two and one-half (2-1/2) inches in nominal diameter and four (4) inches for gas wells and shall be equipped with master valve.
