Improved Data Integration. Where practical and permissible under applicable federal and state law, regulation, and policy, the SLDS Governing Board may permit authorized governmental entities contributing data to the SLDS Governing Board to ingest one hundred percent (100%) of their data fields into the SLSD Governing Board’s systems. This measure is intended to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of analysis while maintaining compliance with all applicable privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements. Any ingestion of data shall be subject to SLDS Governing Board-approved procedures.
