REFINER'S REPORT. Each refiner of oil within the state shall furnish for each
calendar month a "Refiner's Monthly Report," Form No. 13, containing the information and data
indicated by such form respecting oil and products involved in such refiner's operations. Such
report shall be filed on or before the first day of the second month following the month for which
the report is being filed.
