Quorum Voting

Quorum Voting. A majority of the Board members constitutes a quorum at all meetings of the Board and shall be necessary for the purposes of voting or taking action. Where no vote is needed and no action is required, those members present in the absence of a quorum may receive information and discuss matters of business.
