Definitions

Definitions For purposes of this procedure, the following definitions apply: A. Rule. “Rule” shall have the same meaning as that term is defined in Mississippi Code Annotated § 25-43-1.102(i), as the same may be amended from time to time. B. Rule-making. “Rule-making” shall have the same meaning as that term is defined in Mississippi Code Annotated § 25-43-10102(j), as the same may be amended from time to time.
