Adoption of Final Rule

Adoption of Final Rule After properly submitting proposed Rules pursuant to Section 25-43-3.103 of the Mississippi Code Annotated, the MSPA shall adopt final Rules consistent with the requirements set forth in Sections 25-43-3.106, et seq.
