General Purpose It is the intent of the Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport to adopt a procedure to conduct meetings in an open and public manner, and that citizens be advised of and be aware of the decisions and deliberations involving the determination of public policy and public business pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated, Section 25-41-1, et seq.
