Conduct During Meeting

Conduct During Meeting The Port may make and enforce reasonable rules and regulations for conduct of persons attending its Meetings in order to avoid disruption. Any person shall be permitted to orderly and respectfully address the Board under the rules and regulations established herein. Any person may be properly excluded from attendance to a Meeting for breach of peace.
