Determination of Hearing Officer; Final Decision The Chairman of the Board, as hearing officer, shall prepare a written decision regarding the Board of Commissioner’s decision on the appeal as expeditiously as possible. The Board of Commissioner’s final decision shall recite the evidence relied upon. The decision shall be sent promptly to the actual or prospective bidder, offerer, or contractor who is aggrieved.
