Finality of Decision

Finality of Decision
A decision under Rule 13.3 of this Chapter shall be final and conclusive, unless:
A.
fraudulent; or
B.
any person adversely affected by the decision appeals administratively to the Board of
Commissioners in accordance with Rule 15 below.
