Scope and Application This operating procedure applies to all Mississippi State Port Authority management personnel involved in the solicitation, evaluation, and recommendation of professional project 9479638.2 management, architectural, engineering, design, and construction management services. Selection of professional services shall be made consistent with Section 73-13-45 of the Mississippi Professionals and Vocation Code.
