Removal and Disposition of Signs All signs shall be maintained in a safe, presentable and good structural material condition at all times. Abandoned, dangerous, defective, or unlawful signs may be removed or required to be removed upon giving 30-days’ notice to the owner. All removal and disposition of signs shall be at the sole cost and expense of applicant and/or person responsible for the placement of the sign.
