Operating Machinery or Equipment Strictly Prohibited
Person found operating vehicles or machinery while obviously under the influence of
alcohol or in an altered state of awareness will be reported to:
A.
foreman;
B.
employer; or
C.
Deputy Director of Operations immediately for corrective action/expulsion from the Port.
