Port of Gulfport Access Limited The Port Contract Captain of Security and all members of the Port Security Department staffing the Port of Gulfport entry/exit accesses will limit access to those persons having a legitimate, official need to enter the Port. All persons requesting entrance onto the Port of Gulfport shall be required to possess a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
