Possession of Certain Knives Prohibited It is unlawful for any person to possess on, or carry, openly or concealed, any fixed blade knife exceeding five (5) inches in length, any spring or percussion activated knife, dirk, or dagger while employed on or conducting commerce on Port property. Non-fixed blade knives, less than five (5) inches in length, and bladed tools designed expressly for the purpose c-of material handling/preparation are permitted; however, the use of these devices for other than their designed purposes is prohibited.
