Requesting the Assistance of U.S. Customs Port Security Supervisory Officers may request the assistance of the U.S. Customs Department, Gulfport, to resolve actual instances of seamen or persons working on Port property attempting to import foreign goods into the United States and being detained at any of the Port’s entry/exit gates. Persons suspected of such activities will be identified in confidential irregularity reports and referred to MSPA officials for guidance. 9479638.2
