Receipts Required for Presentation All agencies receiving cargo or storage on the Port will issue dock receipts for presentation to Port Security at the Entry/Exit Access Gate. Said receipts must indicate type and amount of cargo, and storage location. Agencies releasing empty containers will issue dock receipts on the container marked “empty.”
