Responsibilities

Responsibilities Managers of commercial agencies operating within the industrial areas of the Port are responsible to ensure compliance with the provisions of this instruction. The Captain of Security, working in concert with the MSPA Port Operations Manager, is responsible to enforce the provisions of this instruction.
