Scope

Scope This instruction defines “ship chandler” as any agency providing supplies and services to any vessel docked/berthed at any pier within the confines of the Mississippi State Port Authority Industrial Area. This instruction excludes commercial agencies providing supplies and/or services to administrative offices confined within the Port’s Industrial Area from requirement to possess said licenses.
