On-Site Enforcement Authority

On-Site Enforcement Authority Port Operations, working in concert with and under the advisement of the Deputy Director of Operations, retains on-site authority to determine authorization/exclusion of commercial agencies found in violation of Item 162, Schedule of Charges, Rules, and Regulations for Terminal Services Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport and will provide advisement/guidance to the Port Security Department.
