Removal of Material from Port by Contractor Any contractor attempting to remove material previously identified by the Contract Monitor as belonging to the Port, will be challenged by the Access Control Security Officer to present authorization (Gate Pass/Dock Receipt) from the Port. Should said authorization not be available, the contractor will be denied exit and the Captain of Security will be notified, investigate the incident, and contact the Contract Monitor/Port Operations for guidance.
