MSPA’s Right to Control or Assign Space 9479638.2 The facilities of the Port Authority are for storage, unloading, and/or handling of import, export, coastwise, intercoastal and local cargoes, and the Port Authority reserves the right to control and assign space in the Port terminals for the storage, loading, unloading and/or handling of all freight on and/or in these facilities.
