Gifts

Gifts No Commissioner, officer or employee shall accept or solicit gifts, preferential loans, travel, entertainment, or other favors that might reasonably be viewed as influencing his or her actions or decisions regarding the MSPA business unless authorized by law. The purpose of this provision is to protect the MSPA’s business reputation and to protect employees from unfounded allegations of improper behavior.
