All Commissioners, officer, employees and other personnel shall take all reasonable
precaution to strive to maintain a work environment free of harassment, and shall immediately
report known or suspected harassment to the designated authorities pursuant to the MSPA
Whistleblower Policy. For more information, please review the provisions contained within the
