Article XIV - Amendment to the By-Laws

Article XIV - Amendment to the By-Laws These By-Laws may be altered or amended at any regular meeting of the Authority by a vote of three Commissioners of the Authority present at the meeting. However, no such alternation or amendment shall be considered unless ten (10) days written notice of the intention to alter or amend the By-Laws shall have been given in writing to each Commissioner of the Authority, to which there shall be attached a draft of the proposed alternation or amendment.
