POLICY: It is the policy of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) to prohibit the use of any electronic or mechanical eavesdropping, wiretapping, or any recording or monitoring devices in any MDOC facility or office except as outlined in this policy and in compliance with any applicable state and federal laws and statutes.
