DEFINITIONS: 1. Volunteers – Persons who, by their own free will, provide services on a regular basis for MDOC institutions and facilities and/or probationers and parolees with no monetary or material gain. 2. Guest – Non-Certified citizens requesting to offer a particular service accompanied by a certified volunteer, or participating in a one-time or infrequent activity such as a revival, holiday service, seminar, on single event basis.
