Authority of the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning. The Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning, hereafter referred to as the Agency, is granted authority by the State of Mississippi for oversight of the Mississippi Office of Student Financial Aid and for administration of various state-supported student financial assistance programs.
