Officers

Officers The Ad Hoc Advisory Committee shall elect a Chair, Vice Chair, and may elect a Secretary. These officers shall be elected from the Committee membership and approved by the Board. The Chair shall appoint a nominating subcommittee which will solicit nominations from the current roster of members in good standing to fill vacancies in these offices. The Chair may appoint a Committee member to fulfill an unexpired officer’s term. The Committee has the option not to fill the Secretary position if, in the opinion of the Committee, it is not required.
