Requirements:

Requirements: 1. All drivers are appropriately licensed. 2. All vehicles have current safety inspection stickers, licenses, and registrations. 3. Insurance adequately covers the transportation of children. 4. Children board or leave the vehicle from the curb-side of the street and/or are safely accompanied to their destinations. 5. A parent is present if the child is delivered home. 6. Seat restraints are used.
