Appeal

Appeal. After the grades have been released and subsequent to a review of nonpassing examination papers a candidate may request through the Board an appeal of the examination grade. The appeal shall be conducted in accordance with the uniform procedures and in accordance with Board requirements. The fees for the appeal shall be paid by the candidate.
