Failure to register and pay annual fees by January 1 of each year will result in automatic cancellation of the license. License holders in default will be mailed a ten day notice of such default by certified mail (to their last known address of record) prior to the cancellation of the certificate. A person who has lost his or her license for failure to register and/or pay registration fees may apply to the Board for reinstatement of the license in accordance with Rule 2.4. of these Rules and Regulations.
