Authorized forms of practice.
(a) A domestic CPA firm may be organized as any entity or any business form
allowed by Mississippi law and must comply with the requirements thereof.
(b) A foreign CPA firm may be legally organized under a law other than the law of
this state. The foreign firm must comply with the requirements as stated herein.
