A licensee who fails to comply with the provisions of Rule 4.2

A licensee who fails to comply with the provisions of Rule 4.2. of this title (relating to
CPE records and reporting) or Rule 4.1. of this title (relating to CPE attendance) may
be subject to disciplinary action under the Mississippi Code of 1972, Section 73-33-11,
for violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
