Following the receipt of such charges or information, an investigation may be initiated. Unless a charge is dismissed as frivolous, unfounded, or filed in bad faith, or dismissed for other good cause; resolved by a consent order or other informal disposition, a formal complaint shall be filed and the matter shall proceed to hearing in accordance with the provisions of Section 73-33-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
