Facility Adaptation 1. The child care facility areas to be utilized by a child with special needs shall be adapted as necessary to accommodate special devices that may be required for the child to function independently, as appropriate. 2. A separate area shall be available for providing privacy for diapering, dressing, and other personal care procedures.
